Hmmm...

I know the problem! The file hasn't got a rar pack, so when I pressed on the file, I saw inside it! So, now they work, but they sounds not like the ones in mc1...but it's ok!

Actually that "junk" data is simply wrong placed UV map data. This ain`t be brutal, but... for example, I can show how the Parking Cop front side looked like before: https://img824.imageshack.us/img824/2812/beforew.png .. and now, with my UV and normals edit: https://img837.imageshack.us/...
