Make a shortcut to MM2HACK on your desktop.

Hold Ctrl and click on both Midtown Madness 2 and then MM2HACK. While holding the Ctrl button, click on either one and it will launch both at the same time.

That bus driving is fine when you do it online with loads of other players but sucks when you use maps with traffic for example.
