Actually you can find a download for the MM2hook files in Franch88's 1st post on this topic but I suggest you follow MysteryDriverX's advice.

So I tried looking everywhere and I just cannot seem to find a download for MM2Hook, does anyone have it?

Try signing up to discord using a new email and then try and join the server and see if you get through

It works for me at least, when I clicked the link a button appeared which said accept, which I clicked and I was put in the server. Not sure what's going on in your case
