I think it has something to do that windows 98 had direct hardware response, while in xp and above, it passes first through OS.

No, what I mean its like. In cruise, when youre destroyed, youre revived and back to new. How to I stay destroyed in cruise. (like when cops destroy you to death )

Is it possible to, like in blitz and checkpoint races, if youre destroyed, you stay destroyed (to be in cruise, like the polices chase and if they destroy you, youre going to have to press start or F4, otherwise, youll enjoy seeing the traffic pass by you)?

So I know that MM1 was made for win 98 and at XP and above (I have win 7), it wont respond to the controls immediatly (press right arrow and half a second it turns, its annoying). So, it there any way to make it more responsive, like MM2?

Now that you say that, its right! We have to save MM2BR rip! It could be putted in the files section of MM2X, or in a featured place, like it was in MM2BR. Because I cant find any other MM2 download around the internet.

So, in MM1, I know that the police dont chase you if you dont this or that. One thing I know that is driving a cop car, but when I drive a normal, how to make police dont start chasing me? Like, you have to pass at X speed.
