Well thanks for your replies. It's probably my monitor doesn't support lower than 50 hz(while my old one can). I know most lcd monitors runs at 60 Hz. And umm no, I'm not curious with it. I just want a Vsync that will have a constant fps to some games that lags a bit. And wait. Maybe it's my video c...

Is 47 Hz refresh rate possible?
Does any monitor support a low refresh rate of 47 Hz? Mine gets "Out of Range" when I set it to that refresh rate. I tried other resolutions lower than 1920x1080 but none of them worked.

Successfully Upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit!
Hi Guys I have good news. I just successfully upgraded my PC operating system to 64 bit! Everything worked fine as it should be! It made my PC slightly faster! Letting me use the half of my RAM (Physical Memory) from 2.48 to 3.47 GB out of 4. Okay, everything is fine, but all my data we're wiped out...

So I load the map with a low-poly car and it worked. The 1.2 works perfectly to me somehow. I am the MM2 Compatibility guy. So, it was a waste of a joke back there :molesto2:. @Doof4294967296: yes, that is obviously the reason it isn't as flexible as Chicago in comparison. Guess sticking to sajmon1...

Don't forget that's also a matter of screen resolution, it counts too: higher it is, and higher are the chances to get a game crash during the city loading. However, with a screen resolution of 1280x1024 pixels, most of the times a less than half traffic density (better without a traffic mod), no A...

Should I upgrade to 64-bit before I run GTA V?
I have Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit), as I say, does GTA 5 require a 64-bit OS? I really dought this game would even run in 32-bit operating system. BTW, I only have 4 GB of physical memory.
