Hey man the game NFS Most Wanted (2012) has amazing damages and awesome crashes with perfect graphics. This game has modern effects to make the game looks like the real life

GTA IV and Burnout Paradise have a good physic, in particular for the vehicles damaging. What's missing is a great game series which has a very good physics and a great vehicles damaging: the FlatOut series (except the 3). The Milestone's WRC series and all the recent Codemaster's games are decent ...

Well IMO Rigs of Rods have the most realistic crash and damage physics.
