Before I build my city, how do you place traffic into it

My mm2 does load slow, this works for me: 1. Double-Click the midtown2.exe Icon about 20-30 times 2. Wait about 1 Min, do it again 3. Eventually MM2 will start, along with lots of errors saying mm2 is already running. 4. Open task manager > processes, and end the midtown2.exe's apart from the one wh...
