I think this problem is not caused by hardware but by WinXp. I know a man who has quite an old config and have installed Xp on his PC. He has the same lanching problem. I launch my MM2 by double-doubleclicking on icon waiting 4-5sec and doing it again if it doesn't launch i click and click and click...

Do you have an original game? If you downloaded it someone could cut some features (sounds, pedestrians) to minimize the size. If you have an original maybey you should look in options. Perhaps your graphis card can't view them. CU!

You are lucky that you have only the dash bug. I used to have it but now if I overload my MM2 it will crash during the loading and I will be forced to see this YIKES document which is really iritating. Has anybodey seen a mod that locks this stupid window from poping after the game crash??? Link me ...
