MM2 City Toolkit can convert a .psdl to a 3ds max file. So if you have 3ds max you can edit existing psdls lol.

If you want some tracks you can visit my site, it's got some. About the water mod you just take the city.ar file and put it in your mm2 directory.

Yeah my website list has 82 mm2 websites on it so far. Some of the site on the list also have mm1 cars/tracks.
