Use a car manager, theres a utility on this site that has a program to manage mods, so you can start with only the ones you want that times, it helps a lot.

Try opening it with windows zip utility. Or maybe its associated with both winrar and 7-zip? That might create conflicts

open the zipped files and put the .AR files into your MM2 directory
