either a problem with your graphicscard or a texture conflict. i would suggest you to delete all addons (especially cities) or, if this doen't work, reinstall the game

you can post a screenshot, then maybe someone's able to help you. i think Franch means, that it is not possible to play an addon-track after driving in SF or London. if you want to drive the addon-track you'll have to restart the game.

but your problem sounds a bit like a texture-conflict...

sorry that i only read your topic just now nice that you managed your problems. the effect that the objects are stretched happens if you add them before sizing the dash-pic to a square (1024x1024 pixels). or you use a widescreen-screen on your computer
