Ok, I will try that, but now, even after re-installing Zmodeler somtimes uses 1,59 GB of my memory Is that normal?

I am having quite some Zmodeler problems, it keeps on crashing and getting stuck, especially when saving and every time I move something up or down in the bottom left row, my memory goes up by like 100 mb :? Has anyone else ever had this problem and can it be solved? (maybe by re-installing Zmodeler?)

you mean the opacity slide?
I have un done the unite-select and if all the seperate parts of the body are on, the windows are good, and you can see the driver.
But when I unite-select all the peaces again, the driver magicly dissapears again. It is a nice magical tric, but not what I want

I got the driver problem nearly sorted out, I detach the whole body by detaching it by matertials, then I unite select everything exept the windows, but then my windows turn non-transparent how can I make them transparent again? or what am I doing wrong? (again )

I will try the glowing technique, if that works, I can assing the scanner to the body_h object and it will be lit up all the time in day-time as well :) because now, at day time it is only lit when you brake. I have also put a driver in, only the problem is that you can't see it through the windows ...

and where can I find that?

That's a great idea, it is much simpler and the carpack won't be unnecessary large.
however I don't think it is possible, if you look at the kitt in attack mode above you will see the rear wheels are wider, the body is tilted forward and almost all body lines are different
