I want to make the green light on the traffic lights stay on a bit longer. At the moment it stays on for about 6 seconds. I want it to stay on for about 15 to make it more realistic. Is it possible to do this???

for london police you should make vauxhall vectra's or volvo s60's or ford focus's or mondeo's or a mercedes sprinter riot van. possibly make ambulances and fire engines too?
