MC2 xmod2pkg tool glitch?

Can someone help me find out if xmod2pkg MC2 tool works or it's just my PC? Here's a file with MC2 XMOD files and the tool.

I've tried the converting of the included files, and for all of them, what I get are empty .pkg files... The same happens executing the tool as administrator.

Put all the xmod files of these cars.
All they will create a pkg file.

I've tried it and it doesn't work with those files, but I tried few other ones and it worked.

I don't remember, that were some random files from my MC2 conversions folder
