What is it?
A program to convert MC1/SR2/TDOR:WO, etc PKGs to MM2 format

no longer available

Difference from the PKG>XMOD>PKG method
-Proper normals
-Converts directly to a single PKG, no multiple XMOD>PKG conversions

Fix some issues with some PKG conversions, some flags still unknown which cause the program to crash.
