How to make a cop and traffic mod for default tracks? Any tutorial?

But you want to make new vehicles or just edit the files using existing in-game/addon cars?

I've to add my roller and some vehicles like moon rover, etc. to traffic.

Just export them without RLIGHT's if they have them and edit the city/cityname.aimap file or replace them with one of the existing cars(export your car as one of the traffic car names so it will be replaced)

I'm cancelling the traffic, but I'm going to add cops in SF and London. (And maybe, MM1 and MM2's Chicago.)

So, SF is complete!
The cops are:
vp4x4 - HMMWV
vpcop4x4 - Hummer H1 Police
vpcop - Ford Mustang Cruiser
vpredcar - Ferrari B??
vpmustanggt - Ford Mustang GT.

But, the problem is that, I have to ask for Carluver's permission.

No, I don't need it now, since London doesn't work. But why it isn't working? So, I've received permission from Carluver for the Hummer cop and the mod is ready. So, I've given it to Franch.

You have to also edit the aimaps that are in race/london (file called roam) but this situation is only for London
