Hello.

Is there a tool where I can convert mm1 textures to TEX so they can be used?

With this tool you can convert textures to tga then use Tex Manger to convert them to tex

DDS Converter 2 is the best one to convert DDS file format to various image ones, TGA included. After that, you have to use Tex Manager to convert them in TEX format. Anyway, keep the textures in TGA format is enough.
