How unlock cars doing races

How do you lock a car and then make it available to unlock by completing a certain number of races like how you unlock the default cars?

I don't think that's possible though. Locked cars are hard coded

Well, there are the Mustangs in the Mustang Boss 302 pack that are locked..

I don't know how it's done though.

I don't know how it's done though.
He doesnt mean locked ar files but how to make custom unlockable race rewards ;)
