Im not sure did Midtown Madness 2 models can be imported to blender, because blender are mostly used for exporting stuff to XPS
Just like me ive exported LYT2021 from GTA SA and stalkers from Garry mod, im glad those chars had rigged bones, because i don't know how rig models with bones.

ah yes
as you maybe noticed nudity/sexy models, its kinda ironic XPS author dislike that, but doesn't stop people making those stuff, in fact Dead or alive 5 Last Round models are very popular.
