The bug with the headlights is really shit, i am sorry for this. I will fix this bug with a new release.

Yeah, is better that you release a fix for it or a new version. Fix also the textures conflict problems, especially with the windows and shadow textures: just put the car base name at the start of the textures names.

As far as I know this isn't possible. I think that it's setted by the headlight texture size in the game .ar files or the one in some texture mod like the Shader Mod 2. Or it's a flat 3D model used for all the cars headlights.

You can use the headlight object joined with the TLIGHT one; it'll be displayed only in evening and night times, but the effect won't be the same as the HLIGHT and HEADLIGHT objects.

But the lights are not glowing bright like in the picture.

Fix also the issue about the impossibility to open it with the MM2 Ultimate Tweaked and MM2 Vehicle Viewer programs. I still don't have checked this.

Have you made the .ar file using WinZip? If yes, you'll get this problem. If you use WinRar or 7Zip choosing the ZIP compression, this won't happen.
