There is no one, who takes car requests in this forum. If you would read Silent1Unknown's tutorial on MM2C, you would be able to make a car yourself. Try and make a little deeper search about a Trash Truck on the web. 8)

Nobody takes car making requests. Maybe there's some kind of this truck at MMArchive website.
