It's pretty easy: open the .ar file with WinRar or 7Zip and extract the texture folder, then open the files of its paintjobs with Photoshop or the graphic editing program which you use and make your changes. You could edit one or all the paintjobs.
After done the edits, save them and make a .zip file of the texture folder with the edited paitjobs using WinRar or 7Zip; rename its file extension from .zip to .ar and give a name with at least three "!" symbols ahead. Finally, put it in your MM2 directory with the bus, run the game and enjoy your changes.

I meant to edit the Routemaster GTI, an edited copy of the in-game Double Decker Bus with a more fast tuning. I'm sorry to don't have found it.
Edit this version is more easy instead edit the in-game one.
To edit the paintjobs of the in-game default one you need need to open the mm2tex.ar file with the program DeAR, then extract the textures of that bus, do the changes and finish it how I've said in my upper post. The problem is that the textures of the in-game cars are in .tex format, and they needs to be converted in .tga before do the changes and then re-convert it to .tex.

Read my previous post, all knows what you've said.
The Routemaster GTI is an edited copy of the in-game Double Decker Bus with an arcade tuning. It's an old release, and I don't know where to get it.
