ask people of that site to make it run again if possible

The name of that website was Midtown Madness Central, a website managed by Fragnatic. The owner decided to close it in 2006 because of payment troubles to keep it hosted. Here there's the old announcement of its closing.
I know that Fragnatic still has the whole website in his PC, but sure he won't re-host it.
