i was browsing the downloads section and i saw an interesting category labled mm2 videos. can i upload videos there?

Well, there's the video called "Classic Madness Preview" here. Maybe it's possible to upload also other videos. :roll:

The section Videos in the website downloads is about official videos about incoming release for MM2; it was made because the Classic Madness preview video was released.
The only video available for download is the "Classic Madness Preview" released by HQTM-Team time ago, but actually that isn't an important section.
DjDecibel told to me that he wanted to implement an YouTube section on the website, similar to the MM2X SS Gallery one, but no more news since then.

Yeah but DjDecibel is rarely on now.
So this idea is probably dead.
