Neon Mod!

well, i finally got a decent neon:

Yes it took me a long time.
Yes im releasing it to the public
no its not done yet.
Also what other colors should i make?

EDIT: I cannot do this on cars that use a custom shadow, unless theyre unlocked!

Yeah, you could do besides the green colour, also blue, red, yellow and others.

cool, but kind of incorrect. the neons are not a complete box around a car. they're seperate lights, not a square. put a break in the corners.

Not bad as result about the smoothness, but you have to do the neon glows more thin and less square shaped, like the Silent1Unknown's Mazda RX-7 VeilSide Fortune.

does this mod make every car have these neons? or the player car only?

That's just a normal shadow, every car, which becomes that custom neon shadow, will have that effect.

Yeah, what matt said, unless i go into every car and make it's shadow this one.
