There isn't one made for MM2.

There isn't a real city made for MM2 beside New-York City
It's too hard to make a large city espacially known cities

Only some racing games have a complete real city pretty well reproduced, and most are recent games. There's no Budapest city made for a game IMO.
For MM2 there's only New York City as add-on track converted from Midnight Club game. Isn't easy make big cities for MM2, especially if real, and the few available are invented ones...
