how to convert mm1 city (chicago) to mm2

This question has been asked many times, and here's its answer: there's no way to convert MM1 Chicago to MM2, both the games are too different. The same is for any release made for MM1.

Impossible, you're not the first one, many mm2 players would like to have it converted for mm2, but it's impossible....
