Im sure you can find them somewhere in those AR's, but I think they're locked, maybe contact Maxoff..?

Maxoff wouldn't give you an entire car unlocked IMO.

I think Maxoff doesn't have got unlocked versions of HQTM team car, the only way is to extract all mm2 files,remove the files with Audi TT and make ar archive

The cars in the Classic Madness mod can't be made as stand alone ones to play only the ones that you want without have to put the entire mod in the game folder because the .ar file is locked and there isn't the possiblity to extract the files. Maxoff won't release or give to nobody a separated CM car under request, they're available only in the way that they have been released.
