Cheverolet Impala Police Car Addon

I just downloaded the Cheverolet Impala Cop Car Addon, and I used everything possible to get it worknig on MM2, but nothing does.
It doesn't show up in the cars list. And i put the cop car and addon_vehicle.ar thing in the MM23 folder

Can I have a link to the file you're talking about? If you have another cop car addon in your directory, that one may be overriding the Impala.
