Easy, it's Speedway Version 0.5 converted by Riva and available in this website here. Attention, that track is pretty heavy with high polygons models, and if you don't have a too powerful PC, your game will have a lot of lag. To play it decently you have to lower the screen resolution and use a low quality car.

It's one of the HummersRock's tracks. They all are available here, and actually I don't succeed to recognize which one it is.

How really? It's that, play it and find that part. If you mean if it's really easy to recognize, at least, it's so for me, but the hudmap helps a lot.

It's clearly a track converted for MM2 by Riva. It's Forest Club, available here.
