Car View Change

Is there anyone outhere who will do something for me? well there's this car i have and the firs view is exactly like the second view. i mean when you press 'c' to change views, when it's in first view, it's zoomed out just like the second view. can someone fix this for me?

probably the author of the car did a wrong work on the camera settings... you can't edit it
