I might be able to get you a 3ds file of a classic car, but I can't get you a fully done car. If you want a 3ds just post what classic car you want. Then I would get it for you and post a download link here.

Sketch Up

I use a program called Google Sketch Up. It is the most simple 3D program to use. I have the most up to date Sketch Up there is so I can now export them as 3ds files. Some times I do not even need to make it my self, because I could get it from there 3D warhouse and find cars I want to then I change there format.
