Does Midnight Club Street Racing exist on pc?! I have it for PS2, but I can't play it until I'll get a PS2 in four weeks! Lol.

As far as I know, MC1 game, complete name Midnight Club: Street Racing, doesn't exist for PC. However, is possible to rip its files from the PS2 version of the game, otherwise its New York City there wasn't converted for MM2.
Well, wait these four weeks before get back to play it in your PS2... Maybe with a PS2 emulator is possible play it on PC...

Yes its possible to play whit ps2 emulator only needs very very strong PC.

Depends on the game ,Using Win Seven with latest drivers should be fine
