From where you've downloaded this MM2 copy? The info aren't enough to understand the problem, anyway.

At MMArchive website there's isn't any copy of MM2... A ripped copy of MM2 is available at MM2BR website here, and you need to register there to download it. But, what do you really mean with "MM2 V-E"?

You mean this program? It's used to edit the MM2 default and add-on cars tuning, but it's not really good and it can cause troubles. The MM2 Ultimate Tweaker program, available here is better to edit the add-on cars tuning for personal use, but it doesn't allow to edit the one of default cars.
