who can tell me how i canb make a traffic car of the plb?

hmmmm i think theres a folder thats called traffic replace plb cars with traffic i think thats how you do it.

I haven't understood what do you mean with PLB. Are those PLB cars the parked cars? However SF Bus City 3.1 isn't editable, because it's an edited copy of the original MM2 SF.
You can make a traffic mod for the game cities, but it isn't an easy thing. It's also very hard to replace the parked cars (them are simple objects, like the traffic lights and the other cities objects), this thing haven't never done.
