When my Cars are full what should i do??!?!? - URGENT!

My game doesn't have these arrows.
I just keep a folder of cars, and select the one(s) I want to use.

The arrows that this topic tells, are those that you use to scroll the list of your installed cars. It's strange that in your game there aren't these arrows.

Here's what I did:
I made a folder to hold all my downloaded cars in and didn't put them all in the midtown madness 2 folder at once.
Every time I play the game I get about 5 cars that I want from my downloaded cars file and put them into the midtown madness 2 file.
