MM2C Down?

For the past few days I have noticed that the mm2c forums are down. Whenever I go to the site I get an error "phpBB : Critical Error

Could not connect to the database "

Is this only happening with me or is the site really down?
I wanted to take a look at the car making tutorials on the site,especially the one on how to make cop cars and to figure out how to make a dashboard

I too get the same message since some days. The home page got loaded fine, but anything else on mm2c doesn't seem to load.

And about that tutorial of Silent1Unknown, its also available here, in pdf format.

No, thats just MySQL failure of both forum and site and also the admin being lazy to fix it up.

It's indeed a problem of the website, precisely of its database that's not online, where are stored the pages and forum entered data. The website it's still up. It's at least the third or fourth time that's happening in the last 30 days. This problem already happened in past, but not so frequently like recently. Is already known that the admin isn't often available to fix that and possibly definitively.

About dashboard making tutorials, here's the best one available, in PDF format.
