How do I insert a CD in the game?

Please explain better what are you asking: what do you mean by how insert a CD in the game? Maybe you mean how use the audio CD playing function in MM2?

Yeah, I meant how to use the CD feature in MM2.

Put the CD in, turn on the ingame cd player, press play. Won't work if you're on Windows 7.
