Music not playing

Music not playing

Hello guys! :)

I have a little problem with MM2, the problem is that the music is not playing!

I tried unchecking and checking the Play Music button in options and it still doesn't work!

Is there anything I can do?

You can listen to music from youtube while playing. :wink:

Sounds like you have an issue with Directsound. Not sure exactly what though.

Can you hear other game sounds? Maybe the music/city volume is too low.

Yeah, i've checked that and nope. It doesn't work.

1) Install sound card drivers (get them at manufacturer's website)
2) Get the latest DirectX for your PC (9.0c for XP, 10.1 for Vista, 11.0 for W7 and W8)
Now try.

Or maybe, he have the mm2br ripped version with no sounds (assuming that you have a downloaded version).

If that's the case, download a full one ;)

In the MM2BR version, there is sound, but you'll have to run some batch file (think it's called setup.bat) to enable it.
