I'm pretty sure there's a standard that DjDecibel holds to the sites he hosts, as they're all rather high-quality and of well-known community members.

I provide hosting to file authors, not file collections.

DjDecibel is the owner of MM2X servers, and he decides how put on them. I said that maybe Gafaddict could host your website, but on his website, MMArchive.
Any way you must know that very hardly someone can host a website at the first anonymous request.

https://freehostia.com/ <--The best one in my opinion. 250MB storage and 5GB Bandwidth. For $2 dollars a month you can have 500MB of storage and 10GB of bandwidth. Also, even if you do not pay anything and just use the free services there are no banners or ads on your site.

https://www.0catch.com/ <--not very good but it is supposed to have a easy sitebuilder.

https://www.topcities.com/ <--150MB of storage and they say that they give unlimited bandwidth...hard to believe though.

Yes, I do. If you do not know any html/css and do not want to learn it or it is too hard for you. Then you can try https://www.0catch.com/ , although most sites that say they have site builders do, but they aren't very good. Not nearly as good as freewebs.

Even with mm2x hosting you would need to know html/css. All good hosts require you to know html/css.
