I PMed him through both MM2x and MM2C account...Oh that program. If you knew that you can PM him then why you asked here? You can PM him through your MM2x account.
but I just received an reply from MM2C 2 years ago that asks me to show him my project.
After replying him back 2 years ago, he has not replied me until now...
Ask a user such as Aaro4130 or Franch88. But generally, we don't like to lock files anymore as most cars are conversions and you can already download the model and some people like to make personal modifications.
Edit: And as Aaron said, there's already an unlocker that can unlock 99% of locked *.ar files.

Maxoff isn't anymore in this community since some years and he's practically impossible to contact nowadays, probably even through an his e-mail address. And yes, his locker it's no more reliable, and it always needs a code that only him can give you for its working for only 1 of your PCs.

People still lock .ar files for no fair reason, anyway, try asking someone who has released a recent mod or car and its .ar file is locked.
