How to open/edit .BMS and .DLP files?

How do I open or edit .BMS and .DLP files? Does anyone knows to edit or open it? Is there a tool?

BMS->PKG and a DLP converter is somewhere else. Ask Aaron(aaro4130) or Jeremy(DB) for it.

A DLP viewer was made, although it only converted geometry. No texture mapping, normals, or anything else. Ask CarLuver69 if he still has it.

And that is a problem? It takes you no less than a minute to register, if you want these tools.

Problem: in order to register, I have to get an email with instructions.
I have to use Dad's email and he's tired of me sending stuff there.

Tell me what the instructions will say and I'll go using what my email would be if I had one.
