The reply is no. But then, this game, like any other Burnout series game except Paradise, there isn't for PC. So, the fact of take 3D models from it is difficult and probably doesn't exist a way or a tool made for this purpose.

I looked up the cars on there, some of them do look kinda cool, but like sajmon said, I don't think Xbox to PC is possible. If you found someone who could scratch model based on the cars, that would work, but as far as I know, I'm the last mm2 Scratch modeller in the world and I haven't even fully gotten the hang of blueprint importing yet. So, if you wanna wait a couple of decades, we'll see what we can do.
