Prolly Sajmon's cars.

All those are cars made by Sajmon14, the same author of Bay City and Eurocity add-ons. They're included in those add-on cities, so just download and play them to get also the vehicles. The yellow vehicle is called Airtrug and it's included in Bay City; that cop car should be included in Sajmon's City. Those low polygons blue and green supercars seem to haven't been released.

I know that the supercars are from NFS3 and the files are in Eurocity (I didn't unlock the file)

Bay City cop car isnt released as a playable car, the Airtug is playable and included in Bay City files. I have playable versions of these supercars somewhere, you can also search on websites like midtownmadness2.de, Im pretty sure there are same cars made by another author

there is no playable version of this
