It's the speedometer. The map is the GPS. I may be wrong, but that's how it should be.

LOL HummersRock! It's logical that's the speedometer HUD; change the SF or London HUD maps is impossible because of the ZModeler.

Make a mod that change the speedometer HUD it's very easy. Download DeAR 2 program, extract its files and launch the .exe file. Open the file mm2tex.ar placed in your MM2 directory, and select these files:

DAMAGE.tga
DAMAGE_LABLE.tga
DIGITAC_0.tga
DIGITAC_1.tga
DIGITAC_2.tga
DIGITAC_3.tga
DIGITAC_4.tga
DIGITAC_5.tga
DIGITAC_6.tga
DIGITAC_7.tga
DIGITAC_8.tga
DIGITAC_9.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_0.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_1.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_2.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_3.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_4.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_5.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_6.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_7.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_D.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_N.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_P.tga
DIGITAC_GEAR_R.tga
SPEED_TICKS.tga

Then click to Extract. You'll find the Texture folder with these files in your MM2 directory, move it to another place. Open these files with a graphic program (better Adobe PhotoShop), make your changes without edit the images sizes and save them. Make the .ar file of the Texture folder with the files with the program WinRar (choose the .zip compression). Finally rename its file extension from .zip to .ar, put it in your game and see the results launching the game.

To make an your HUD speedometer, you need to get the program DeAR 2 to get the original MM2 default HUD files. The link is in the program name.
