The GeForce 210 is a horrible card that is too old to run the game. It's a low end , 5 year old video card that would cost about $30-$40 CAD.
You need something such as the Radeon R7 250. ($105 CAD) or a GeForce GTX 650. Then you should run fast.

A Nvidia GeForce 210, model made for OEMs, that are the computer builder brands, isn't never good... It's really cheap and has entry level specifications: only 16 CUDA Cores (a misery) and 589 MHz GPU clock (this last value isn't really low). It's enough only for the old games like MM1 and MM2; it can allow to run most recent games, but you've to low a lot the graphic settings, indeed.
You must change it with at least a middle range model. Aaro's examples are good ones, but, especially if you want to play lot of recent games, I would go a bit upper to a AMD Radeon R9 270 or HD 7790, or a Nvidia GeForce 760.
