ok i got the layout good but when i do to save the psdl file it wont save is their another way to save it or why wont it save it
ps so you know what im talking about i got my buildings place them useing city toolkit then i go to save them to the psdl and it wont save

This is pretty weird.
Try to change the city folders directory or save the .psdl file as a new one. After delete the old .psdl file and rename the one using the name of the older.
