MM2 crashing at the loading screen

I have just finished and exported a truck with trailer from Halo: Reach, but the game crashes on the loading screen. I have checked the tuning files and the mtx files but still cannot get it to work.

Note: it is not the model poly-count. The Halo: Reach pickup works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

By this scenery, maybe you have done an error with the objects names, or if you've really made the .pkg file for the trailer, probably it's this what causes the game crash. Get trailers to work properly can be tedious.

at the moment the trailer has the items; TWHL0_H:m, TWHL0_M:m, TWHL1_H:m, TWHL1_M:m, TRAILER_H, TRAILER_M, SHDOW_H, SHADOW_M, TRAILER_HITCH_H:m and BOUND. I haven't added lights yet, could that be the problem.

EDIT: I have just tried removing the trailer, including all trailer parts in the tune folder, and the game crash in the same place.

BODY_H
WHL0_H:m
WHL1_H:m
WHL2_H:m
WHL3_H:m
SHADOW_H

To function at minimal.

the truck has all parts those parts as well as WHL4_H:m and WHL5_H:m. should I try without those wheels? (this worked)

got it to load correctly, but now it crashes when I select it.

got it working, apart from the trailer immediately detaches and the cab is tilting forward????

thank you for the help so far I really appreciate it.

soon I hope to release a set of Halo: Reach vehicles and a halo reach map. (forge world)
