How to make announcers on addon maps

I wonder how to make an announcer on maps you downloaded. How can I make them work. I failed to do it. The announcer is not working.

You can? As far as I know, the maximum you can do is custom sirens, no custom city announcers

Maybe this thing isn't possible, because it seems to be somehow made like the background city sounds playing, where there's one for SF and one for London. The SF related sounds are set by default to any add-on track, and probably they're hardcoded to work as such.

for some stupid reason they said

audio container = sfambientcontainer
if(london)
audio container = londonambientcontainer

It is possible though and for sirens to use custom city names. I have done it but it was "chicago.csv" for sirens and "chicago.csv" for ambient sound container.
