MM2 works perfectly with 32-bit and full HD res

Did you know that MM2 is compatible with 32-bit color depth? It worked with the full HD 1920x1080 resolution too. Sad to say the highest compatible resolution is 2048x1536 if not mistaken. One more disadvantage is the texture depth, it stays to be 16-bit, but the shading is smooth as 32-bit must be. Anyway I just want to know why do textures appear to stay 16-bit?

You can't change it to 32 bit.

How can you be sure to say that? MM1 and MM2 graphic engines work only using 16 bit color depth, and this doesn't depend by the textures. It's still not possible get 32 bit color depth.
It's potentially possible get any screen resolution, instead, and for the widescreen ones there's this tool.

It is possible to change it to 32-bit just simply use a hex editor to the gfxconf.dat in the MM2 directory
